What is your minimum order quantity MOQ?

Our typical MOQ is usually 500kg, depending on the exact grade you need.

What is your lead time?

Sample making around 3-7 working days. Mass production around 10-25 working days.

Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specification.

What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW/FOB/CIF/DDU can be available.

What packing styles can you offer?

We support vertical and suspend packing style for exporting usually.

If you need other customized packing style, pls contact us for further discussion.

What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit, and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods can be discussed based on your needs.
