This low-temperature heat sealable BOPP film is a high-performance biaxially oriented polypropylene film engineered for high-speed flexible packaging lines. Featuring both-sides heat sealability at low temperatures of 85-105°C and ultra-low coefficient of friction of 0.15-0.35, the film ensures smooth unwinding, precise sealing and reliable stacking on automated packaging equipment.
With both sides low COF, this film runs jam-free on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines, while ≥92% transparency and haze below 2.5% maximize product visibility. The corona-treated surface (≥38 dyne/cm) guarantees outstanding ink and adhesive adhesion for flexographic and rotogravure printing. Available in 15-50 μm gauges, it is an ideal substrate for snack wraps, flow packs, overwraps and lamination base film.

Q: What is your lead time?
Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?
Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.
Q: What shipping terms can you offer?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.
