Q: What is your lead time?

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Is the pearl effect printed or inherent?

The pearl luster is inherent to the film structure through specially formulated pearl pigments inside the BOPP matrix, so the effect cannot scratch off or fade like surface printing.
