This both-sides heat sealable metallizable BOPET film is a high-performance polyester film specifically engineered for vacuum aluminum metallization and high-barrier food packaging. The dual-side copolyester seal layer delivers outstanding seal strength and hermetic integrity, while the pristine PET surface ensures superior metal adhesion for exceptional oxygen and moisture barrier performance.

With seal initiation at a low 95-110°C and seal strength ≥8 N/15mm, the film enables reliable hermetic closure at high packaging speeds. After metallization it achieves OTR ≤1.0 cm³/m²·24h·atm, making it a high-barrier alternative for demanding food packaging structures. Available in 6-30 μm, the film supports thin, economical high-barrier designs.

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

After vacuum aluminum metallization the film achieves OTR ≤1.0 cm³/m²·24h·atm, comparable to aluminum foil in many applications while remaining lighter and more flexible for high-speed converting.
