This high oxygen barrier aluminized BOPP film is a vacuum aluminum-coated substrate engineered for long-term preservation of oxygen-sensitive products such as coffee and milk powder. The deposited aluminum layer combined with a biaxially oriented polypropylene base delivers exceptionally low oxygen transmission (OTR <1 cc/m²/day), locking in freshness and aroma while extending shelf life.

In addition to the ultra-low OTR, the film achieves WVTR <0.5 g/m²/day to protect dry products from moisture, and presents a bright metallic appearance for premium shelf presence. Superior flex-crack resistance keeps barrier performance intact through converting and distribution, and good heat sealability supports flexible packaging line efficiency.

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.
