Product Description / Production Introduction
This UV Enhanced Coated BOPET Film is a biaxially oriented polyester film with a proprietary UV-primed coating, designed for labels and packaging requiring outstanding UV ink adhesion. The coating ensures excellent and permanent anchorage for UV-curable inks, varnishes and adhesives, preventing ink peeling and delamination on electronics, home appliance and industrial labels. One side carries the UV primer coating while the opposite side can be corona treated to a surface tension of no less than 52 mN/m, supporting lamination and metallization downstream. The film maintains high tensile strength of no less than 250 MPa in both directions, together with excellent stiffness and dimensional stability for precise die-cutting and high-speed converting. Low haze and high gloss deliver a clean, bright appearance, while balanced friction and controlled thermal shrinkage ensure stable roll handling. Available in 12 and 15 micron thicknesses with widths from 300 to 2400 mm, this corona treated BOPET UV film meets the reliability demands of modern label printing.
