This heat resistant BOPET hot stamping film is a biaxially oriented polyester base film developed for demanding hot stamping and heat transfer operations that run at high temperature and high speed. Its heat resistant formulation and low shrinkage keep the film dimensionally stable inside the heated stamping machine, holding registration and preventing stretch, curling and distortion that cause misprints and register errors. The smooth, flat surface ensures an even release and a clean, complete transfer of the metallic or pigment layer, while high transparency keeps the finished decoration bright and true. Good mechanical strength and tear resistance allow the film to run continuously on automatic high speed stamping machines without breaking, reducing downtime and waste. The film is supplied without corona treatment and is suitable for the coating, metallizing and release layers used in foil production. Available in thicknesses of 6, 10, 12 and 14 microns with customized widths, it suits packaging, labelling, textile and industrial transfer applications.
