This low temperature low friction both sides heat sealable BOPP film is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film with coextruded heat seal layers on both outer surfaces, designed for high speed snack and food packaging. Both sides are heat sealable, so converters can seal on either side or both sides, simplifying stock keeping and increasing seal reliability on vertical and horizontal form fill seal machines. Its ultra low seal initiation temperature closes bags and pouches at lower heat with a shorter dwell time, raising line speed, cutting energy consumption and protecting heat sensitive products. The low coefficient of friction surface reduces film to film and film to machine friction, so the web glides smoothly without dragging, wrinkling or jamming, keeping high speed snack lines running at full output.
