This low temperature low friction both sides heat sealable BOPP film is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film with coextruded seal layers on both outer surfaces, engineered for vertical form fill seal pouches and sachets. Because both sides are heat sealable, packers can seal on either side or both sides, simplifying inventory and improving seal reliability on VFFS and HFFS machines. The ultra low seal initiation temperature closes pouches at lower heat and a shorter dwell time, raising line speed and lowering energy use, which is essential for high speed FFS packaging.
