This low temperature low friction both sides heat sealable BOPP film is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film with coextruded heat seal layers on both outer surfaces, built for leak proof powder and granule packaging. Its high seal strength keeps bags and pouches airtight and leak proof across a wide sealing window, protecting fine powders and granules from leakage, moisture and contamination during storage and transport. Both sides are heat sealable, so the film seals on either side or both sides and simplifies stock keeping, while the ultra low seal initiation temperature allows fast sealing at lower heat for higher line speed and lower energy use. The low coefficient of friction surface keeps the web gliding smoothly on high speed lines without drag, wrinkles or jams, and good moisture and grease resistance helps keep the product fresh. High transparency with low haze gives an attractive see through pack, and the film is food contact compliant for direct food packaging. Available in 15 to 50 micron thicknesses with customized widths and roll lengths, it suits milk powder, coffee mix, seasoning, flour and other powder products.
