BOPP Cigarette Shrink Over-Wrap Film 20μm High Shrink Force Tight Wrap Dimensional Stable Grade

This BOPP cigarette over-wrap film is oriented to develop a high shrink force together with a balanced machine and transverse direction shrinkage profile. The film pulls firmly and evenly around the pack, producing a tight, wrinkle free overwrap that keeps the cigarette bundle square and stops loose film from catching in the cartoner.

Because shrinkage is balanced and residual shrinkage after wrapping stays low, pack appearance remains uniform from the first metre of a roll to the last and between production batches. Packs do not over-tighten or deform later in the warehouse or inside a container in hot climates, and the high tensile strength in both directions keeps running stable on fast packers.

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Will the pack stay tight after container shipping?

Yes. Residual shrinkage after wrapping is kept low, so the pack does not over-tighten or deform during long distance transport in hot climates.
