This BOPP cigarette over-wrap film carries a durable anti-static treatment built into the film itself, so static charge no longer accumulates on the surface. Tobacco dust and airborne particles are not attracted to the wrap, and the finished pack leaves the machine clean, speck free and ready for retail display.

Low static also stops the film clinging to forming shoulders, cut off knives and stacking units, which is one of the most common causes of misfeeds and micro stops on fast cigarette lines. The treatment is non migratory, so nothing transfers to the pack, the printing or the tobacco, and the clarity of the film is unaffected.

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Does the anti-static treatment affect tobacco flavour or sealing?

No. The additive is non migratory and locked into the film surface, so it does not transfer to the pack, does not affect tobacco aroma and does not change heat seal performance.
