This BOPP cigarette over-wrap film is built on a low temperature sealant layer that starts sealing at a noticeably lower jaw temperature than standard cigarette grades. Lower sealer temperature means less energy drawn by the jaws, shorter warm up time and a cooler, more comfortable machine environment for operators.

A wide sealing window keeps seal strength stable when line speed, jaw pressure or ambient temperature fluctuates, so packs stay sound and sealed without scorching the printed surface. Because the seal forms faster, the packing machine can run closer to its rated speed, and the thin gauge helps reduce material cost on every pack.

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.
