This BOPP cigarette over-wrap film is formulated for a dense, highly oriented structure that resists moisture migration through the wrap. Tobacco arrives at the smoker at the moisture level the blender intended, so taste, burn rate and aroma profile stay consistent through storage, sea freight and retail display.

The same structure also limits pickup of external odours and humidity in tropical and coastal markets, protecting the pack from softening, dull aroma and stale notes. Combined with a tight shrink wrap and strong seals, the film forms a reliable protective envelope for long distribution chains, duty free channels and extended shelf life SKUs.

Our typical MOQ is usually 500kg, depending on the exact grade and specification you need.

Q: What is your lead time?

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.
