BOPP Soft Touch Film Primer Free EVA Thermal Lamination Adhesion Grade High Tensile Strength

This soft touch film removes a process step from the lamination line. Because the surface is designed for direct EVA extrusion coating, converters can skip the primer stage and still get a firm bond between film, adhesive and printed paper, with a matte finish that stays even after thermal lamination.

High tensile strength in both directions keeps the web flat through tension zones and heating drums, which limits curl, edge lift and delamination on large sheets. The film also tolerates the heat of the lamination nip without ghosting, so the soft touch look survives the process rather than dulling under it.

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

No. This grade is designed for direct EVA extrusion coating, so the primer stage can be removed while adhesion to printed paper and board stays firm.
