BOPP Soft Touch Film Wet Lamination Grade Water Based Adhesive High Speed Line Compatible

Many converters run wet lamination rather than thermal, and soft touch film has to behave differently on that route. This grade is engineered for water based adhesive systems, wetting out evenly so the adhesive film stays continuous and the matte surface bonds without bubbles, streaks or cloudy patches.

The film keeps its dimensional stability while the adhesive dries, which limits curl and wave on thin paper and board and keeps registration steady at line speed. After lamination the surface retains the soft, dry, low gloss feel that the job was specified for.

Our typical MOQ is usually 500kg, depending on the exact grade and specification you need.

Q: What is your lead time?

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Is this film suitable for both wet and thermal lamination?

This grade is tuned for wet lamination with water based adhesive. If your line is thermal, we supply a separate thermal grade for EVA coating, and we can recommend the right one from your process details.
