Every process step a line does not have to perform is a step that cannot go wrong, cannot consume energy and cannot generate emissions. In conventional pre coated film production the primer stage sits between the base film and the EVA extruder, and it brings a coating station, a drying oven, solvent handling, exhaust treatment and a quality check of its own. This primerless base film removes that entire block of the process, because the bonding function is built into the film during its own manufacture rather than applied in a separate pass.

Our typical MOQ is usually 500kg, depending on the exact grade and specification you need.

Q: What is your lead time?

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.
