BOPP Primerless Base Film High Gloss Low Haze Clear Surface Lamination Visual Grade

A laminated cover is judged by how the print looks afterwards. High gloss makes dark solids look deeper, metallic inks look more metallic and photographs look sharper, while low haze keeps the image from going milky. This primerless BOPP base film is built to protect both properties, because the layer that would normally sit between the film and the adhesive, and add its own slight haze, is not there at all.

With no primer in the structure the optical path is simply polyester surface, adhesive, print, which is the shortest and cleanest route available. Gloss stays high and haze stays low through the coating process because the base film is heat set to hold its surface, and the finished pre coated film keeps that clarity after lamination onto coated paper, uncoated stock and board.

Our typical MOQ is usually 500kg, depending on the exact grade and specification you need.

Q: What is your lead time?

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Will the primerless grade look different from a primed film?

It usually looks clearer. Removing the primer removes a thin layer that can add slight haze and a colour shift, so the laminated print keeps more of the gloss and transparency of the base film.
