BOPP Primerless Base Film Low Friction Smooth Unwind Anti Blocking High Speed Line Grade

Pre coating lines fail for unglamorous reasons: a roll that will not unwind smoothly, a web that blocks against itself in the winder, or tension that steps as the film releases from a lap. All three trace back to surface friction. This primerless BOPP base film is formulated with controlled slip on both surfaces, so the roll unwinds with steady tension, the web tracks cleanly through the coating line and the finished pre coated roll does not telescope or block in storage.

Slip has to survive the process to be useful. The film is made so that friction stays in range after the heat of EVA extrusion and after the roll has been wound and stored, rather than drifting as additives migrate. That consistency is what lets a converter set the line once and leave it, instead of adjusting tension at every roll change or slowing down to keep the web stable.

Our typical MOQ is usually 500kg, depending on the exact grade and specification you need.

Q: What is your lead time?

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Does low friction affect adhesion to the EVA layer?

No. Slip is controlled so that it supports clean unwinding without interfering with the bonding active skin, which is the face the adhesive is extruded onto.
