This Retort Cast Polypropylene (RCPP) Film is a food-grade cast polypropylene film specially engineered for retort pouch packaging that undergoes high-temperature high-pressure sterilization. As a retort grade CPP film, it stably withstands sterilization at 121-135 degrees C for 30-45 minutes without film shrinkage, bubble generation or seal cracking, ensuring package integrity through the harshest cooking processes. The film delivers excellent heat sealing performance with a wide sealing temperature range, strong hot tack and high final sealing strength, effectively preventing liquid leakage during retort processing and high-speed packaging. It also provides good moisture and oxygen barrier properties, isolating air and moisture to extend the shelf life of retort food while retaining original taste and flavor.
