Some products lose quality the moment light reaches them. Vitamins degrade, edible oils turn rancid, pigments fade and aromatic compounds break down under ordinary shop lighting, and the customer notices the change long before the marked expiry date. This VMBOPET film carries a dense metallized layer that blocks light across the visible range, so the contents stay in the condition the formulator intended from filling line to kitchen shelf.
The opacity comes from the aluminum coating itself rather than from a heavy pigment loading in the film, which means the material stays thin, flexible and easy to convert while still hiding what is inside the pack. For the printer, the same coating provides a clean metallic background that lifts artwork and brand colours; for the converter, it behaves like a standard metallized polyester through printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making, so no new process settings are needed.

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.
Q: Does the light blocking layer affect printability?
No. The metallized surface accepts ink and adhesive normally, and many customers print onto it directly as a metallic background for the design.
