BOPP Matte Film Deep Matte High Haze Surface Soft Light Finish Print Lamination Grade

This BOPP matte film is built for converters who need the matte look to read as matte. A fine, dense matte surface scatters light instead of reflecting it, so printed areas come out soft, even and free of the milky sheen that thin matte films can show once they are laminated onto board.

Haze is held high across the full roll width, which keeps the surface visually identical from the first metre to the last and between production batches. Good tensile strength and a flat web help the film run steadily through printing, lamination and slitting, and the matte side stays uniform after creasing and folding.

Our typical MOQ is usually 500kg, depending on the exact grade and specification you need.

Q: What is your lead time?

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Can matte film be printed before lamination?

Yes. The matte side is suitable for printing and for lamination, and we can advise which side to use from your process and ink system.
