Some jobs need more body than a thin lamination film can give. This BOPP matte film is supplied in wide widths and heavier gauges, so it can carry bag making, label stock and stand alone matte packaging where stiffness, opacity control and tear behaviour matter more than saving grams.

Heavier gauges handle converting equipment with less flutter, and the wide width reduces the number of lanes and splices on large bag and label lines. The matte surface stays uniform at heavier gauge, so finished bags and labels read the same as thin laminated equivalents.

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Can you supply widths above the standard range?

Yes. Wide width rolls are produced to order and the maximum usable width depends on gauge. Send your required width, gauge and roll length and we will confirm feasibility and lead time.
