BOPP Matte Film High Tensile Low Shrink Dimensional Stable High Speed Converting Grade

Thin matte film tends to stretch, wave and drift once a line runs fast. This BOPP matte film is oriented for high tensile strength in both directions with low heat shrinkage, so the web stays flat through unwind, print, dry and rewind, and tension remains controllable at elevated line speed.

Because the film hardly moves under heat, print register holds over long runs and laminated sheets stay flat instead of curling at the edges. That stability reduces waste at the end of the roll and makes the grade suitable for wide webs, long production runs and converters who cannot afford frequent stops.

Our typical MOQ is usually 500kg, depending on the exact grade and specification you need.

Q: What is your lead time?

Sample making takes around 3-7 working days. Mass production takes around 10-25 working days after order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Why does heat shrinkage matter on a matte film?

Drying and lamination heat can stretch or shrink a film and pull print out of register. This grade keeps shrinkage low so the web and the printed image stay where they should be.
