Lamination failures usually start at the interface. This BOPP matte film is supplied with the matte side treated, or with both sides treated, so the adhesive wets and bonds consistently whether the film is laminated to paper, board, metallized foil or another film layer.

The treated surface keeps its dyne level through storage, so bond strength does not drop on rolls that sit in the warehouse before use. Bonded sheets resist edge lift and delamination after die cutting and folding, which is where weak surface energy usually shows up first.

Yes, we can provide A4 sample sheets for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may differ based on different specifications.

Q: What shipping terms can you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDU are available. We also have a dedicated shipping agent to arrange sea, air and express delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.

Q: Which treatment pattern should I order?

If you laminate one side only, the matte side treated version is usually enough. For film to film or foil structures we recommend both sides treated, and we can confirm from your structure and adhesive.
